Week 2 — How You’re Actually Designed to Operate
You’ll learn how your energy actually works — and why what you’ve been doing hasn’t been sustainable. We’ll walk through your Human Design type and how to start working with your energy instead of against it. And chat through your kids and partners designs.
Week 3 — Why You Feel Everything So Deeply
You’ll understand your sensitivity, overstimulation, and why you absorb so much (especially as a mom). We’ll explore how your energy interacts with your child’s and why certain moments feel so intense.
Week 4 — Learning to Trust Yourself Again
You’ll start making decisions with more clarity and less overthinking, guilt, or pressure. We’ll help you understand how to trust your body instead of constantly second-guessing yourself.
Week 5 — Doing Motherhood in a Way That Actually Works
You’ll create a way of living and mothering that actually supports you. We’ll focus on your rhythms, your nervous system, and simple ways to reduce overwhelm in your real life.

You’ll integrate everything you’ve learned and step into a version of yourself that feels more grounded, clear, and connected.
